I’m such an avid fan of South Indian food, especially idlis. And I love Gunpowder. But most of the gunpowder/ podis that I’ve tried are just unbearably hot and spicy. So much so that I can’t make out the difference in flavours or other spices because of the extreme chilli level. But I was so happy with the Tamil Podi from Rapidli. It’s medium spicy but not overpowering with very well rounded flavours. I think children can also consume it quite easily. Kudos to this brand. Can’t wait to try their other flavours. PS: I use it in salads also as a dressing 🙂
